Thirteen Lives recounts the incredible true story of the global effort to rescue a Thai soccer team trapped in a cave after an unexpected rainstorm. Faced with insurmountable odds, a team of the world's most skilled and experienced divers join with Thai forces and more than 10,000 volunteers to attempt a harrowing rescue of the 12 boys and their coach.

Director and producer Ron Howard will be presented with the Lifetime Achievement in Directing Award. An In Conversation event with Howard immediately follows the screening.

As a director, he is best known for Splash, Parenthood, Apollo 13, Cinderella Man, The Da Vinci Code, Frost/Nixon, Solo: A Star Wars Story, and A Beautiful Mind, which earned Howard Best Picture and Best Director Academy Awards.
