At Savannah Film Studios, you will find a specialized environment equipped with comprehensive resources to propel your next project from concept through production and premiere.

Located west of Savannah's historic district and owned by the Savannah College of Art and Design, Savannah Film Studios will be the largest and most comprehensive film studio complex in higher education. The original 22,000-square-foot facility houses three sound stages, white and green cyclorama walls, production offices, editing suites, a sound recording studio, a screening room, free on-site parking, and more. A leading-edge mixed-reality LED volume stage co-designed by alumni-owned firm Meptik opened in 2021, and a phased expansion plan includes a backlot with streetscapes evoking Savannah's tree-lined blocks, a suburban town square, and a city hospital, and fabrication space for props, costumes, sets, and more.
