ABOUT THE DIRECTOR
Kleber Mendonça Filho was born in Recife, Brazil. He holds a degree in journalism from Recife’s Federal University of Pernambuco and began his career as a film critic. He has directed the feature documentary Crítico and the fiction features Neighbouring Sounds, Aquarius, Bacurau, and Pictures of Ghosts. The Secret Agent is his latest film.
